Math:
The students will continue working on their NWEA Math Growth Assessment. Once completed the students will be able to work on IXL sections that will be added to their report cards for this quarter.

Science:
Students will be using the Pearson Realize resources to do a digital design lab on how to create a solar oven which will be able to bake a smore using the concept of thermal energy transfer.

Students that do not complete the lab will have to complete the lab write up at home.  If necessary the students will be able to find the link to the Pearson resource on their google classroom page to complete the lab at home.

ELD
The students will be taking a couple of benchmark assessment in order to measure their knowledge of the English language.

Home Practice
The students will be give a packet which covers the Alphabetic Principle (letter sounds).  This will only be home practice if the packet was not completed during the class period.

Make- ups

Science
Today (10/23) there will be a make-up lab after school for the Soaring Straws Lab activity.

Math
Thursday (10/25) there will be a make-up for the Measurements of Centers assessment from the first quarter.
